Gunain aplikasinya pertama kali, udh ketemu dan booking tmptnya udh bayar pake fitur fit pay & di confirmed, jga di remind lwt email h-1 nya atas bookingnya. Eh sampe di tmpt nya dia bilang gk ad nama sya di booking nya dan mereka bingung dgn app fitnesia & ngomong kalo gk prnah dngr ad kerjasama dgn app fitnesia. Sya malah diarahkan utk gunain app yg lain yg sring mereka gunain. Sya coba chat ke WA nya fitnesia tpi gk di read2 padahal sebelumnya WA saya dibalas pas mau nnya cara booking & byar
A really good app that provides a lot of choices. 💯 You can totally pick any class you want (gym, muaythai, yoga, etc) for really affordable deal. And their customer service is really great too. Today, I have a little bit of trouble because the app doesn't top up what I've transferred. But the customer service is really helpful and quickly transfer back the money as "redeemable voucher" with the same amount. I stan good services 💖 Thanks.

Coba aplikasi fitnesia pertama kali. Booked tempat Yoga di daerah Serpong lalu proses bayar dan confirmed. Hari h-nya ke tempat Yoga, klik maps dari aplikasinya tapi malah diarahkan ke rumah yg sudah 1 tahun tidak dihuni. Coba cek alamatnya di google dan ketemu. Kaget, begitu sampai --receptionisnya bingung dan balik bertanya "apa itu fitnesia?". Bahkan info juga kalau kelas Yoganya sudah tidak ada dari 1 tahun yg lalu. Akhirnya datang sia-sia. Semoga fitnesia bisa meningkatkan pelayanan, rajin update vendor-vendornya. Sehingga kejadian seperti ini tidak terulang. Thanks.
